Thanksgiving

November has been a busy month. It started out with Nate's birthday and ended with Thanksgiving, and oh yeah we moved! The life of a contractor is constantly on the move I guess. Luckly I didn't throw away the boxes from our last move only 10 months ago. We are still in the same town and the house is bigger which is nice. It is a beautiful home (of course because Nate built it). The move was unexpected; Nate was showing the house we are now in, but the people weren't interested, so he brought them to see the home we were living in and they loved it. They wanted to move in right away, so we packed up in less than a week and made the move. We have been in this new house about 2 weeks and I am all moved in. No use dilly-dallying around if I wait too long we'll move again before I've unpacked! In the midst of all this we had a fun Thanksgiving spending time with Nate's cousins the Sinks. The kids played and did a skit about the 1st Thanksgiving. We are thankful to have family close by to celebrate with. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that the food was delicious!

Jackson had a wonderful 1st Halloween! I took the kids to a Halloween carnival that had several booths set up where the kids could play games in order to win candy prizes. They even got to meet Frankenstein! We left with so much candy we didn't need to go trick-or-treating! Of course we did anyway.

Most who view this blog already know about us, but for those who don't here goes. Jackie is a stay-at-home mom and has been married to a very handsome man for the past 12 years. We have two equally handsome boys and one beautiful daughter. Hunter is 6 and wants to be a Jedi Knight when he grows up. Jackson is 2 and adores his big brother. Anna is our newest edition and we are glad to have her. Nate (the handsome husband) is a general contractor and works in his family's business. We started this blog to keep up with friends and family members who live far away in hopes of keeping in better contact with those we care about, so if you are one of them "this blogs for you!"
